The owner of the house in the cult 1980s film Goonies has closed it to visitors after getting sick of thousands of fans turning up at all hours.
One of the classic scenes in the film where Chunk is made to do the Truffle Shuffle
The film was made 30 years ago but as many as 1,500 people continue to flock to the property in Astoria, Oregon every day.
Many simply wanted to do the Truffle Shuffle, which character Chunk famously has to do in the movie to get let in.
But there were also complaints of fans drinking, smoking and littering the area.
The house has now been covered with blue tarpaulin and there is a sign outside which says “Access closed to Goonies House”.
Astoria councilman Russ Warr told America’s KGW News: “I’m surprised she waited this long.”
Steven Spielberg’s classic starred Sean Astin and Corey Feldman and is now one of the best-loved Eighties films of all time.
